April 29th to May 1st - Student Center Music Rooms

THEME

Utilizing Technically Creative Oversight Controls application (provided by a VM image or a Docker image), develop a new module/Process. For example:

 

  • Geo-Location, identifying events (activities, news., local events, etc.) near me or by location.
  • NAR process to ID content being passed through to append “classifications”.
  • Photo content classification – image content recognition process.

RULES

  1. Develop at least 1 module/processor from scratch
  2. Concept presented with slides and/or flowchart
  3. Judging: Clarity, passion, detail, and functionality
  4. Maximum of 3 people per group

PRIZES

First Place: All team members will be given interviews with Technically Creative (TC). TC has committed to providing a paid internship to at least one member of the first-place team. Additionally, first place will receive $100 Mobil gift cards and TC Tumblers.

 

Second Place: $50 Mobil gift cards as well as TC Tumblers

 

Third Place: $25 Mobil gift cards as well as TC Tumblers

ALL DAY – GAME JAM

Drop by Marist Game Society’s 12hr Game Jam in the Student Center River Rooms. A good way to take a break, and there will be Super Smash Bros! 

 

2:00 PM – NETWORKING EVENT

Live networking and Q&A session with Technically Creative employees. Learn about the company and more!
